Visit Grants Pass OR
Imagine a town full of life and spirit with vibrant colors and the sounds of a small city. Life is slower in Grants Pass. No one is speeding down the street but everything is flowing, just like the Rogue River that runs directly through the middle of town.
Grants Pass is a destination town waiting to be explored by those who wish to experience the many great things South Western Oregon has to offer, including many outdoor activities such as hiking, biking and river rafting.
Before you venture out on your own, you should check out the Grants Pass Visitor Center. Not only will you find information about local wineries, restaurants, shops and accommodations, but you will also find a list of 50 Things to Do while you are there. Another great resource for events and the locals is the Grants Pass Chamber of Commerce website. There you will also be able to plug in directly to the local community.

Joe’s Sports Bar & Grill
Another great location to visit is the Joe’s Sports Bar & Grill. They make some of the biggest and juiciest burgers in town! They have a friendly atmosphere to view all types of sports games on their big screen TVs or to have fun with friends at the billiards tables. From burgers to prime rib, this All American Sports Bar is the only bar in town that serves food all the way to closing and is the place to visit for anyone who wishes to have a fun night out on the town!
The Glass Forge Gallery & Studio
Whether you like fire and art or just want to try something very unique, this is the place to spend an afternoon. The Glass Forge Gallery & Studio offers a wide variety of different styles of glass art. Even better than that, this is a hands-on workshop to watch artists create as well as to take part in the creating. Watching glass smolder to over 1,600 °F and then transformed into a work of art is a surreal experience. The glass melts into a syrup looking substance. It can be cut and chipped. It can be blown and manipulated. The end result is out of this world!
