Food trucks are a symbol of going to the fair and keeping the spirit alive 365. Each food truck has their own unique, but also traditional, ways of creating fun and exciting dishes to make them stand out from the rest. Not to mention, they are almost always mobile. Oftentimes they will find a busy location to park year-round so they can serve more people, but they are also available for events. If you expect to have a lot of people at an event, inviting a food truck (or multiple) is always the best option.
Now, having said all that, Big O Spuds is all that and a bag of Spicy Cheetos! Literally! They have amazing dishes, amazing food and even better customer service. This is by far one of the best food trucks around. There might be a few more, but don’t take my word for it. You have to get out there and taste it for yourself. You will want to try out their menu by starting at #1 and working your way down; you won’t be disappointed or left hungry. That’s a guarantee!
