Poorboy is located in Grants Pass Oregon, just off Rogue River HWY and across from Caveman Bowl. It’s a great place to hang out, talk with other RC enthusiasts and of course, having fun racing RCs! They have a great indoor RC facility with lots of space. This is also very useful during the winter months when it’s cold and wet outside.
The Poorboy race track has a high-tech transponder system to track racers as they fly around the track at lightning speed. They also have a great hobby shop to purchase just about anything RC related. They are a great group of guys who have a love and passion for the hobby.
The RC hobby is a big part of Spirit of the Fair for multiple reasons. One of the main reasons is inclusion. As much as just about anyone loves motorsports in some fashion, it’s just too expensive for most people to take part in it. The RC hobby changes that tremendously. Just about anyone can participate.
