Supporting the Troops is very important to focusing outwardly on the community. Many Veterans feel alone and without support. Regardless of whether you agree with the political side of things, these people are putting their lives on the line every single day for our freedom.
Oftentimes they witness or experience events that most of us don’t even want to think about. When they get home from the battlefield, they don’t know how to deal with the experiences they had.
Anytime you see a Veteran, say something. Oftentimes a ‘Hello, Thank you for your service’ will go very far in that individuals life.
