If you have been in and around the Merlin and Grants Pass area over the last few years, you have probably seen an orange trailer parked on the side of the road serving delicious food all day long. They have multiple types of BBQ with traditional and not-so-traditional complimenting side dishes (i.e., Spicy Cheetos).
The crew at Big O Spuds work tirelessly to bring the best possible Mexican American BBQ to Southern Oregon. If you haven’t tried it, it’s time for you to get over there and order up some of the best BBQ around!
After 3 years of waiting, Big O Spuds is finally getting a new look. Their hard work and dedication is paying off and allowing them to get to the next level. Again, if you haven’t tried their food yet, now is the time! They serve large portions so make sure to bring your appetite!
Big O Spuds spends weekdays at the Galice Resort near Merlin. The Galice Resort is an excellent place to getaway and is also the final destination to amazing river rafting down the Rogue River. Spirit of the Fair will also be hosting a Cornhole and Camping Trip in Galice very soon. Stay tuned for details!
