Recycle – Reduce – Reuse

Recycling is very important to the environment because it reduces the amount of waste going into landfills, conserves natural resources, saves energy and also reduces greenhouse emissions.

It is also very important to the economy because it creates jobs in the manufacturing and recycling industries, increases economic security and supports American manufacturing.

As you can imagine, the majority, if not all, of beverage companies use recyclable containers for their products and these companies are making a significant impact on the environment as well as the economy.

It’s very important to close the loop so the companies can stay in business to continue to provide exceptionally tasteful products to you, the consumer. This will also assist in a flourishing economy, but most importantly, so that you can positively impact both your community as well as the environment.

Convert Cans to Cash

You Already Paid for It

You, as the consumer, are also paying for the additional cost of recycling every time you purchase a recyclable product. While the cost varies by State, California charges an additional $.05 per aluminum can (and $.05 per glass bottle). Other items vary but all have monetary value.

Since you already pay for recycling every time you make a purchase, why not convert your recyclable good (i.e., aluminum cans) into cash and donate the proceeds to a deserving charitable organization? It will make you feel good, it will be good for the community and, again, it is always good for the environment.

Raising Awareness & Funds for Charity

Through our partnership with Bang Energy Drinks, we are raising awareness on the importance of recycling, but also utilizing this valuable resource to raise funds for our partner nonprofit organizations, such as Youth Empowerment (a youth educational and career development 501(c)(3) based in San Diego, CA).

Recycle and Donate Today!

Regardless of your motivation, recycling is something you can do very easily. Save your aluminum cans in a bag or container and take them down to your nearest recycling facility to convert them into cash. This is a great way to get involved with Spirit of the Fair as well as to promote ‘Give First – Give Back – Give Often.’
